Hi there!
My name is Liz Bird and it’s my joy and privilege to be the Manager of LCA!
My connection with camps started in 2005, thanks to the strong relationship between The Camping Program and quality folks in Wangaratta. Since then, I don’t think there has been a year where I haven’t attended a camp! I’m so grateful to have journeyed with The Camping Program/C’s Camps/Life Camps, from attending as camper on 2C’s, to YTC’s, MTC’s, OTC’s, SACs, and BTC’s - and then getting more camp time in my life by leading on camps, and in recent years, organising a few as well.
I love all the contact with camps and our community that I get to have, and I'll be the main person you interact with in regards to all things LCA. On top of that, I get to be a part of sharing the love of Jesus through camps filled with joy, faith, and life... how good!

I'm super excited to be part of the Life Camps team! I have been involved in Life Camps for over 20 years, both as a camper and leader, and I love seeing the impact these camps have on people's lives! I grew up in Kyabram and went to university to become an Oral Health Therapist. In 2015, I joined YWAM in Mexico for 3 years where I managed the finance department, lead on discipleship schools and summer camps, and built houses for impoverished people. After living in Melbourne for a number years, my husband, daughter and I moved back to northern Vic and now live near Tatura. Our family has since grown with the addition of our baby boy and we are enjoying life as a family of four.
For me, it's a joy to carry on the work started by Rob and Judi and to serve Life Camps as the Finance Administrator.

I'm Bella, and I'm excited to be coming on board as the Office Administrator at Life Camps Australia. I first volunteered on a LCA camp in 2021, at 2Cs in Anglesea, and quickly fell in love with the family-oriented, Jesus-focused experience of Camps. I'm excited to bring my professional community engagement and graphic design experience to this role and help Camps feel and look amazing for everyone involved. In my spare time, you can find me baking, gawking at sunsets or throwing myself into some arts and crafts hobby that I learnt about only a few hours before.

I’m Anna, an admin enthusiast, teacher, mum, and all-round camp lover. I went to my first camp back in grade 4 and haven’t missed a year since! These days, I’ve settled into the role of camp organiser for 2C’s Corop alongside my little family. What keeps me coming back to LCA year after year is the incredible community, genuine friendships formed through intentional, spirit-filled time together, and in particular the joy of seeing young children encounter the Gospel message in a safe space where they can ask questions and grow deeper in faith. You’ll rarely find me with a hot drink in hand, but a serve of hot chips will always win me over.
